The University now invites application for the Research Project “A multilevel model of workplace happiness: Examining the effects of internal market orientation, supervisory trust on employee work outcomes and organisational performance”, funded by the Research Grants Council:

 

Research Assistant (Full-time / Part-time) – Department of Management
(Ref: RA (MGT - UGC/FDS14/B06/23) 2024-02-08)

Responsibilities
  • assist in carrying out research project;
  • conduct data collection and data analysis; and
  • support research related activities and events, documentation, and administration.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related discipline;
  • preferably have 1 year of work experience in research or industry practice;
  • have knowledge on statistical packages, such as SPSS, AMOS or Mplus;
  • be proficient in English and Chinese; and
  • be self-motivated and willing to learn.

Current postgraduate students who are eligible to work in Hong Kong are welcome to apply for the part-time position.
