Student Affairs Office - Senior Student Affairs Officer/Student Affairs Officer
(Ref: SSAO/SAO (SAO) 2024-04-26)

Responsibilities

As a key member of the Student Development and Campus Life Section, the appointee shall advise and liaise with student organisations, plan and organise activities for student development and growth.  The appointee will also coordinate the management of student resources to support the organisation of student activities and co-curricular service-learning projects, and provide secretariat support to various committees.

 

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised degree, with at least 5 years of relevant experience;
  • have experience collaborating with student leaders creatively and passionately to drive student development activities;
  • have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
  • have the ability to work independently and efficiently under tight timelines.

The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours. Work experience in the tertiary education sector and/or student organisation support, service-learning and leadership development will be an advantage.  Applicants with less experience will be considered as Student Affairs Officer.
