Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office - Manager
(Ref: Manager (AAAO) 2024-06-28)

Responsibilities
  • lead the Alumni Affairs Team by devising and implement strategies and initiatives to build and promote a close-knit HSUHK alumni community; 
  • plan, organise and implement alumni activities in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to promote alumni engagement; 
  • expand HSUHK’s alumni networks in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas in by working collaboratively with schools, academic departments and non-academic units as well as alumni bodies and student communities;
  • support committees, task forces and work groups on making recommendations for the University’s policies and strategies for fostering alumni engagement;
  • manage/promote fundraising campaigns and events to the alumni community; and
  • assist the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs to deliver strategies and objectives of the Office.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised degree, preferably in marketing, corporate communication or related discipline;
  • have at least 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations and/or relationship management;
  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
