Student Affairs Office - Manager / Assistant Manager (Student Development and Campus Life)
(Ref: M / AM (SD&CL) (SAO) 2025-02-07)

Responsibilities
  • lead the Student Development and Campus Life Section in engaging both local and non-local students in university life and fostering holistic development through inclusive, dynamic, and enriching campus experiences;
  • plan, oversee and coordinate university-wide and student-led programmes as well as local and overseas experiential learning initiatives; 
  • cultivate collaborative partnership with student organisations, student groups and external parties; and 
  • serve as a secretary in various committees, working groups and task forces.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience;
  • have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • have good leadership, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • able to work independently, efficiently and under tight timelines; and
  • be self-motivated and flexible to adapt and respond to changing needs.

Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
