Global Affairs Office - Executive Officer
(Ref: EO (GAO) 2025-08-15)
- assist in the implementation of services and activities related to global learning opportunities, with a particular focus on incoming and outgoing student exchange;
- provide pre-arrival support and assistance to non-local and exchange students, ensuring a smooth transition and integration;
- handle enquiries from both internal and external parties, offering logistical support to campus visits by global partners and the outreach delegations of the University;
- design promotional materials to effectively highlight and showcase the programmes and services coordinated by the Office;
- conduct surveys and compile relevant statistics and reports on various functions and activities; and
- provide support in managing the websites and databases of the Office.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of working experience, preferably within the tertiary education sector;
- demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- exhibit proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Chinese word processing; and
- be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
