School of Business - Executive Officer

Responsibilities
  • build and manage partnerships between faculty and industry;
  • organise faculty development workshops and training;
  • oversee logistics and administration for executive programmes;
  • ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional policies;
  • monitor programme performance and support faculty operations;
  • develop marketing campaigns to attract local and international participants;
  • build relationships with corporate partners and industry associations;
  • engage corporate partners and represent the School at events;
  • use data to evaluate programme impact and support strategic planning; and
  • support leadership in implementing long-term strategic initiatives.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field;
  • have at least 3 years of experience in higher education administration, with expertise in curriculum development, programme management, or instructional design;
  • have demonstrated experience in process optimisation, strategic marketing, and managing complex projects;
  • have a successful track record in branding and outreach, especially for diverse international audiences;
  • have a strong knowledge of adult learning principles and executive education best practices;
  • have a proven ability to facilitate academia-industry collaboration and align academic expertise with market needs;
  • have a solid understanding of business school accreditation standards (e.g., HKCAAVQ);
  • have strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strong project management skills;
  • possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
  • be familiar with executive education trends and digital marketing platforms;
  • be adaptable, creative, attentive to detail, and have a proactive mindset;
  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
  • be willing to travel occasionally.
