Office of Vice-President (Learning and Student Experience) - Temporary Senior Executive Officer
(Ref: Temp SEO (VPLSEO) 2025-09-05)

Responsibilities
  • coordinate the planning and execution of events and exhibitions in The Foundation Gallery;
  • plan, coordinate, and organise arts-related events and activities, such as workshops, performances and exhibitions, to engage the HSUHK Community;
  • collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote arts and cultural engagement across the university;
  • serve as the Secretary for committees/work groups, such as the Work Group on Foundation Gallery Curation and the Arts@HSUHK Working Committee, and provide administrative and logistical support; and 
  • provide administrative support to other functions of the Office.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably within the tertiary education sector;
  • have solid experience in event management; 
  • demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in liaising with diverse stakeholders; and
  • be self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work with minimum supervision.

This employment is on a 12-month contract.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
