The University now invites applications for the following position:

• assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Taught Postgraduate (TPG) Programmes, including planning and execution for the TPG team, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively and efficiently;
• develop and implement branding and marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the School of Business’s TPG programmes;
• support the preparation and launch of new TPG programmes;
• establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and
• occasional travel to the Mainland and beyond may be required.

• possess a bachelor’s degree or above in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 6 years of working experience;
• have excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• possess strong administrative abilities, along with effective organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
• exhibit vibrant and dynamic qualities, along with expertise in AI, mass and social media, and contemporary marketing strategies, with an open-minded approach to innovation and collaboration; and
• demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
