School of Transdisciplinary Studies - Programme Manager

Responsibilities
  • oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of some programmes and projects if needed;
  • liaise closely with the Jockey Club and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth programme and/or project delivery;
  • manage budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements; and
  • foster collaboration within the team and with external partners.

 

Applicants Should
  • preferably possess a master’s degree from a recognised institution;
  • have at least 8 years of project management experience, preferably with Jockey Club projects;
  • preferably have programme management and administrative experience from the education sector;
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • have strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills; and
  • have the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.

The appointee is expected to assume duty in February 2026.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
