School of Communication - Senior Executive Officer (Part-time)
(Ref: PT SEO (SCOM) 2025-12-12)

Responsibilities
  • design and manage content for the School’s various social media platforms, including the website, Facebook, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu;
  • organise activities to enhance the branding and image of the School, as well as promoting its programmes;
  • coordinate and manage events to promote the School and its programmes to prospective students, and other stakeholders;
  • develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives, to enhance the School’s visibility;
  • liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in branding and communication strategies;
  • prepare content for promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media posts; and
  • support the work of the Senior School Manager and assist in supervising junior staff.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably including 3 years of experience in marketing firm or creative agency;
  • have experience with Chinese and international social media platforms, such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook, and be familiar with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) ;
  • be proficient in graphic design and creative content production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and have experience with AI-assisted content creation tools;
  • demonstrate strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, including SEO, campaign development, and analytics;
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with strong bilingual copywriting and editing skills;
  • exhibit excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.

This employment is on a 12-month contract.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
