Campus Development and Management Office - Security Superintendent
(Ref: SS (CDMO) 2025-12-19)
- responsible for security operations and related matters, such as staff scheduling/OT/leaves applications, hourly parking/patrol checks, and operational income/expense arrangements, including the outsourced security contracts;
- follow up on inquiries and complaints from staff, students, and visitors;
- monitor and arrange facility maintenance and cleaning work through the campus facilities management work order system;
- handle/investigate accidents, violations and submit reports;
- assist in events organized by the university and provide venue support services; and
- conduct training for the security staff, including outsourced service providers.
- possess an accredited higher diploma/associate degree, equivalent qualifications or above;
- hold a QAS certificate and a security personnel permit;
- have relevant work experience in facilities/property management to be given priority;
- be proficient in computer operations;
- demonstrate responsibility, proactiveness, diligence, sincerity, and politeness; and
- be willing to work in shifts as required.
