The University now invites applications for the following position:

• manage and supervise daily security operations across the campus, including scheduling and deployment;
• assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures;
• conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations;
• oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems;
• coordinate emergency preparedness plans and organize drills;
• liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary;
• prepare security reports and recommend improvements;
• manage security budgets and procurement of equipment.

• possess an accredited higher diploma or degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field;
• hold a QAS certificate and a security personnel permit;
• have at least 8 years of experience in security operations, with 5 years in a supervisory role;
• possess strong knowledge of security systems, emergency response, and risk management;
• be familiar with laws and regulations related to security and safety;
• have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• be proficient in MS Office and management software is an advantage;
• have the ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies;
• be willing to work in shifts as required.
