The University now invites applications for the following position:

• support alumni engagement events and activities, such as talks, workshops and outings;
• support the management and operation of various communication channels;
• provide editorial support and assist in the publishing of alumni publications;
• assist in the production of promotional materials;
• liaise with various internal offices and units;
• assist in maintaining the day-to-day operation of alumni services; and
• provide general administrative and operational support.

• possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
• have knowledge of social media platforms and digital content management;
• have basic knowledge of updating websites using WordPress and design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools) is advantageous;
• be proficient in IT applications, including MS Office;
• possess good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
• have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; and
• be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
