Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship – Assistant Officer / Executive Assistant
(Ref: AO_EA (CIE) 2026-05-29)

Responsibilities
  • provide administrative support to the Centre in a wide range of projects and activities offered to the students of the University and to the public;
  • liaise with internal departments, students/student associations and external stakeholders; and
  • serve as secretary to committees and work groups of the Centre, including preparation of meeting papers and minutes, and follow-up on action items.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of work experience, preferably 
    in tertiary institutions or start-up-related organisations;
  • have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and good computer skills;
  • have strong administrative abilities, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; and
  • be a good team player, out-going, self-motivated and able to work independently.

The appointee may be required to work evenings or weekends occasionally.  Applicants with less experience will be considered as Executive Assistant.
