School of Business - Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer

- provide support for the MBA(Chinese) programme, including student admissions, programme administration, and administrative and secretarial support;
- serve as a key contact point for student enquiries and provide academic and administrative support to MBA(Chinese) students;
- liaise with internal departments, external partners and other stakeholders on programme-related matters; and
- coordinate events/ activities for the programme.
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary education or academic programme administration;
- have experience in student admissions, programme administration, event management;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- possess strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- be attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team; and
- be proficient in common office software applications and willing to learn new administrative systems.
Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as an Executive Officer.
