Campus Development and Management Office - Assistant Manager (The Create)
(Ref: AM (TC) (CDMO) 2026-07-10)

Responsibilities
  • lead and manage a team to perform comprehensive facility management services of the premise to optimise office operations and services delivery;
  • responsible for maintenance services and project works, and perform all project administration and management duties in the centre;
  • prepare incident reports, insurance claims when necessary and develop risk assessment; and
  • act as a member of the emergency team in the event of unexpected situations such as extreme weather.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Facilities Management / Engineering/ Surveying related discipline;
  • preferably as a corporate member of related professional bodies such as HKIE, HKIS, IFMA, HKIH or its equivalent;
  • have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, minimum 3 years of experience in education field or managing a facility with training centre will be an advantage;
  • have hands-on experience in managing technical & facility management teams and maintaining building services installations in commercial enterprises or tertiary education institutions;
  • possess appropriate registrations and licenses in building services;
  • sound IT knowledge preferably with experience in using training centre facilities and have proficient skills in BMS, AutoCAD and BIM will be advantageous;
  • demonstrate analytical & critical thinking with sound judgement, have a strong communication skill, good problem-solving ability and capable of work independently; and
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.

This employment is on a 12-month contract. The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours.  Work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
