The University now invites applications for the following position:

The candidate will mainly provide support to the Master of Science in Risk Analytics.

• serve as an administrator of the Postgraduate Programme and provide administrative support to the Programme, including but not limited to programme development, programme admission exercise, and programme promotion;
• provide support in various accreditation and re-accreditation exercises of the Programme;
• provide secretariat support to various committees of the Programme and working groups related to the Programme;
• coordinate with the Programme and with Schools/ Departments/ Offices, and work closely with other academic divisions and teams;
• organise programme academic activities and student activities (e.g., conferences, seminars, workshops, study trips, etc.); and
• coordinate Programme-level branding and outreach activities, including admission talks, education expos and social media platform management such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat.

• possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
• be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word processing, preferably with knowledge of website and social media platform (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu) management and WordPress application;
• have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua;
• possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and strong organisational and project management skills;
• be self-motivated, a good team player, attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility;
• have a service-oriented mindset with good marketing sense; and
• be willing to travel to the Chinese Mainland occasionally for programme promotion and admission.
