School of Decision Sciences - Programme Manager

- serve as the key administrator of the professional doctoral programme to provide academic and administrative support to the Programme, including but not limited to programme administration and development, student recruitment, teaching deployment, class timetabling, budgeting and quality assurance matters (e.g. re-accreditation exercise, annual reporting);
- organise promotional and student enrichment activities, such as study tour, guest seminar and international conference;
- coordinate closely with the Programme team and engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of the programme
- develop and maintain relationships with academic and corporate partners to foster sustainable collaborations; and
- provide secretariat support to programme-related committees and oversee thesis-related administrative matters.
- hold a recognised bachelor's degree, preferably a master’s degree, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience;
- possess experience in administering postgraduate programmes and quality assurance activities within the tertiary education sector;
- have proven leadership experience in team management and staff supervision;
- be proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua;
- possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- have a growth mindset, a good team player, be self-motivated, attentive to details, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility; and
- be willing to travel occasionally to Chinese Mainland for programme promotion and student recruitment activities.
