School of Business - Executive Officer
(Ref: EO (SBUS - TPG) 2026-07-31))

Responsibilities
  • provide administrative support to the taught postgraduate programmes, including admissions, programme administration, and promotions/ activities;
  • assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support programme development and engagement initiatives;  
  • administer scholarship schemes, including handling applications, coordinating the selection process, and liaising with internal and external parties on scholarship-related matters; and
  • travel to Chinese Mainland and other countries occasionally for programme-related activities.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
  • possess good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • be able to work under pressure with capacity for embracing new changes;
  • have the ability of multi-tasking and be attentive to details; and
  • be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
