The University now invites applications for the following position:

• handle building repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects from conceptual design to site supervision;
• manage consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to statutory standards;
• assist in feasibility studies, space planning and asset management;
• coordinate project meetings and workshops with internal departments and key stakeholders; and
• maintain project records and documentation for the team.

• possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies / Building Surveying / Project Management or a related discipline;
• have 3 - 5 years of relevant site work experience and experience in handling project-related documents;
• have good knowledge of statutory requirements for building works, construction detail, project management and tender procurement;
• have relevant knowledge in BIM, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling related programs will be an advantage;
• be proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Project and Chinese Word Processing;
• possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• be self-motivated, a good team player, and have a strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude.
