Graduate School - Assistant Officer
(Ref: AO (GS) 2026-08-21)
- provide administrative and clerical support to the Graduate School;
- coordinate and organise various events and activities hosted by the Graduate School;
- handle student inquiries and maintain communication with postgraduate students through various communication channels;
- handle purchases, reimbursements, payments, and other financial and budgeting matters for various reporting purposes;
- manage and maintain the Graduate School’s website, promotional materials, surveys and reports, ensuring its accuracy and relevance; and
- offer assistance to other units within the Graduate School as needed.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in tertiary institutions;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- possess strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Chinese word processing;
- have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- be a team player and have the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
