Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office – Senior Officer/ Officer
(Ref: SO/O (AAAO) 2026-08-28)
- organise and provide marketing and logistics support for fundraising campaigns;
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders on fundraising-related affairs;
- arrange and coordinate campus visits, receptions and ceremonies;
- prepare write-ups, presentations and reports for fundraising projects;
- provide administrative and secretarial support for work committee(s);
- develop and compile regular communications with stakeholders through office’s website, social media platforms and e-news;
- manage and update the donor database; and
- provide administrative support to the Office.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of post-qualification hands-on work experience, preferably in higher education;
- have a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- good understanding of database management and digital marketing tools would be an advantage;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
- self-motivated, well-organised, able to work with minimum supervision and under tight timeline.
