Project Officer – Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
(Ref: PO (CIE-830008) 2026-09-11)

Responsibilities
  • implement and coordinate an ongoing funded project related to youth entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area (GBA);
  • liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including alumni and students, for the effective execution of activities related to this project;
  • manage the project's budget;
  • prepare promotional materials for the project, including website and social media management; and
  • serve as secretary in committees and work groups.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the higher education sector or in sizable organisations;
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
  • have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment and be capable of multitasking and attentive to details;
  • be able to work independently while being an effective team player; and
  • be willing to work non-office hours and undertake occasional out-of-town trips.

Experience with design software such as Canva, and familiarity with the start-up ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), e.g. incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurship support organisations will be an advantage.

Applicants with less work experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer.
