Global Affairs Office – Executive Officer

- coordinate HSUHK’s participation in major international conferences, exhibitions, and student recruitment fairs;
- liaise with overseas institutions, school counsellors, recruitment agencies, event organisers, and other external stakeholders;
- manage travel arrangements, event/exhibition logistics, promotional materials, and related administrative support; and
- assist with international student recruitment initiatives and follow-up engagement with prospective students and partners.
- hold a recognised bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the higher education sector;
- demonstrate good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- possess good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, with an outgoing and positive attitude;
- show good marketing sensibility and familiarity with graphic design software and digital marketing tools; and
- be willing to travel internationally and occasionally within the Chinese Mainland to support events, branding initiatives and recruitment activities.
This employment is on a 12-month contract. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
