School of Humanities and Social Science - Part-time Lecturer(s)

Responsibilities

The appointee(s) will be responsible for supervising students for their capstone projects of Master of Arts in Creative Humanities (MA-CH) in the academic year of 2026/27.

  • conduct individual and group consultations;
  • mark assignments and creative outputs, and provide feedback to students; and work closely with programme director to ensure effective module delivery

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a doctoral degree in humanities or creative arts-related fields, such as fine art, media art, design and creative writing.
  • be able to teach in Putonghua and provide evidence of Chinese language proficiency (e.g., Medium of Instruction (MOI) of alma mater, Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) results, Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) results or other equivalent qualifications); and
  • possess proven tertiary-level teaching experience and strong student engagement skills.

Applicants without a doctoral degree will be considered if they hold a master’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a senior role or as a specialist in the relevant fields.
