School of Business - Senior Executive Officer

Responsibilities
  • provide support for the postgraduate programme, including student admissions, programme administration, and administrative and secretarial support;
  • serve as a key contact point for students, handle enquiries, and provide timely academic and administrative support throughout their studies;
  • coordinate and liaise with internal departments, external partners, academic staff, and other stakeholders on programme-related matters;
  • plan, coordinate and provide support for programme events, student activities, promotional activities and other programme-related functions;
  • assist in programme promotion, recruitment and student engagement activities as required;
  • maintain programme records, documentation and other administrative information in an accurate and systematic manner; and
  • occasionally travel to Chinese Mainland and other countries for programme-related activities.

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary education or academic programme administration;
  • have experience in student admissions, programme administration, event management; 
  • be proficient in common office software applications and willing to learn new administrative systems;
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • possess strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; and
  • be attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

This position will be required to work at The Create, M+ Tower, West Kowloon.
