The University now invites applications for the following position:

• provide support for academic staff to perform teaching and administrative duties;
• assist in the planning and implementation of initiatives on mentorship, internship and overseas exchange, etc.;
• create and curate content on websites and social media platforms;
• organise activities to engage students, alumni, and external stakeholders; and
• liaise with external stakeholders, such as educational institutions, business enterprises, trade associations, nonprofit organisations, and government agencies, to advance the Department’s strategic goals.

• possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
• have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• have proficiency in the use of office software applications and good knowledge of social media platforms;
• have good organisational and communication skills and the ability to work independently; and
• be a team player, accountable and proactive.
